Shipping Your Inclusions

Thank you for trusting me to create your keepsake. Below are the steps for safely sending your inclusions.

When to Ship:

After your order is placed and payment is received, I will send you a personal email with the mailing address and detailed shipping instructions.

Please package your inclusions carefully to ensure safe delivery.

• Ashes: Place about 1 teaspoon of ashes into a small, sealed ziplock bag. Double-bagging is recommended. Label with your name.

• Hair or Fur: A small amount (about ½ teaspoon or a lock of hair) sealed in a bag or envelope.

• Dried Flowers or Fabric: Fully dry before shipping. Place in a sealed bag or envelope.

• Breastmilk: 0.5 oz (or less) in a breastmilk storage bag. I will provide preservation instructions if needed.

Important Reminders:

• You are responsible for shipping your inclusions safely.

• I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to prevent loss.

• Any unused inclusions will be returned with your finished piece unless you request otherwise.
